Cooperation Policy
 |
1. According to your monthly sale status, we
will modify discount rate to our distributors each month.
2.
Your deposit will be kept for one year, and it will be given
back to you with your first year annul bonus. Deposit is not
for order payments. 20% of deposit will be taken if any one
who has not achieve minimum monthly sales six months in a row.
3. Refund and exchange:
For customized orders, we only refund or exchange for quality
issues. For normal orders, only refund or exchange within 30
days of the original ship date. 10% restocking fee is applied
to all refunds.
4.
Cancellation: For any shipments returned to
us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation
after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation
fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
5. Tax:
All products we ship oversea are tax free,so, sometimes your
customers will be asked to pay tax by their local Customs.
6. Invoice: All
products we ship to recipients will enclose printed invoices,
which including distributors' business information and order
details (see below). |
